This is Sexauer
JB-15-K "all Koa"
OK, it has a Honduran Mahogany neck and an Ebony fingerboard, not to
mention a Brazilian Rosewood bridge and head plates, but since the top,
back, and side are high grade Koa I call it "all-Koa". This is my 3rd
all Koa, but the other two were both Schoenbergs, so this is the first
true Sexauer done this way. I have played many all-Koa's which failed
to meet my expectations, as well as a couple that did, so I am
extremely pleased to report that Koa seems to love me, and I
while I don't think the other two were slackers at all, It is hard to
imagine them topping this one. As I write I am waiting for the Hoffee
Case, and when it comes I will ship this guitar to the man who has been
waiting for it for a couple of years. I will miss her.
